To access our enhanced course status and community activity reports, log into your home page and click on your community. Within your community, click on the Reports tab to get started.

You can filter for a specific course by clicking the first dropdown menu to view the various course names. You can also filter by course status to view each user's progress.

If you are on a device with a trackpad, scroll bars appear as you scroll across the reports. If you are using a keyboard/mouse, you may not see the scroll bars visible. In this case, you can click on the [Export to CSV] button below the Report to download all course status information for your community.

For Auto-Badge Courses: 

  • Enrolled - The learner has signed up for the course - potentially viewed it - but has not yet begun any course tasks.
  • In Progress - The learner is in the process of completing the course and has completed at least one course task so far.
  • Badge Awarded - The learner has finished all course tasks and was auto-awarded a badge.

For Peer-Reviewed Courses:

  • Enrolled - The learner has signed up for the course - potentially viewed it - but has not yet begun any course tasks.
  • In Progress - The learner is in the process of completing the course and has completed at least one course task so far.
  • Not Submitted - The learner has completed all of the course tasks, but has not yet submitted everything.
  • In Review - The learner has submitted their work for review and the peer-reviewer will be evaluating the submission to either award a badge, or send back to the learner for corrections.
  • Badge Awarded - The learner has finished all course tasks, the peer-reviewer has completed the review, and a badge has been awarded to the learner. 

Professional Development (PD) Hours

The "PD Hours" column (far right side) of the Reports shows the number of hours each course is worth. This number is not how many PD hours have been completed - just what each user will earn if they complete the course.

Create a CSV File!

You now have the ability to export your report as a CSV file - and it's easy! Simply click the blue "Export as CSV" button under the Report to download!
