You may easily change your current password or reset a forgotten password to access your account.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Go to the Log In page and click the Forgot your Password link.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Participate account.
  3. Click [Send Email] only once.
  4. Follow the link provided in your email to reset your password. 

Please note that this link expires after 72 hours. If you don't see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder; sometimes the email gets sent there.

Update your current password

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner, and click [Profile] from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click the gear icon, next to your profile picture.
  3. Click the [Change Password].
  4. Enter your new password into the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
  5. Click [Save].
