The Resources tab of your community houses collections of resources, links, files, and "Pages" found on Since Participate has many resources, it’s helpful to have ones relevant to you and your learning community in one place (as chosen by your community administrator).

To find resources available to you in your community, you may use the SFS feature (search, filter and sort).

Search: Type any keyword(s) and hit [Enter] on your keyboard. This will narrow down the resources displayed to show resources that contain your keyword(s) in the title or description. Searching by keyword is a quick way to find a specific resource if you already know what you are looking for.

For example, if you know that you are looking for a specific file but can't seem to find it by paging through the list of resources, try searching by keyword. You can use the "Relevance" sort option to bring items that are most relevant to your keyword search to the top of the list!

Tags: Narrow your search by clicking on one or more of the topic tags shown. Each selection you make will narrow the results to display only the resources that match your selected tags.

Type: You can choose to view the different types of resources available in your community.

Sort: You will see the option to sort on many SFS bars across the site- alphabetical sort, relevance, and most recent. Alphabetical will sort the available cards by ascending (a-z) alphabetical order. Most recent will order the cards in the order that they were created, with the most recently added/created items at the top. Relevance will help the key word search bring more accurate results to the top of the list. Relevance will generally prioritize items with the keyword in the title of the resource first in the list, followed by those that contain the keyword in any of the tags.

You can deselect these filter options by selecting the filter option a second time to uncheck it.
