If you want to point discussion readers to an online resource, it's easy to create a text link and hyperlink viewers to the website you'd like them to view. Just click and select the text you'd like to use as your link, then click the link symbol in the toolbar below.

In the pop-up box that will appear, paste the website link that you'd like to point readers to. Once the link has been found, click [Save] to save this hyperlink. As soon as you're ready to share, click the [Post] button to post your new hyperlink! You can also apply formatting to hyperlinks to highlight links in bold, italics and bullets!

You can also paste any website link into the comment box, and it will be recognized as a hyperlink automatically!

Adding a File Attachment

To upload a file to your comment or reply, click on the "paperclip" icon in the toolbar under your comment field. You can choose which file to upload from your computer. You can continue to type and edit your comment. When you're ready, click on the [Post] button to post your comment and the file attachment.

Your attachment will now appear in the 'Shared resources' section, in the top right-hand corner of the discussion page, along with other resources shared by fellow discussion participants!

If you see a resource that you'd like to save, just click on the "heart" icon next to the name of the resource. This will give you an option to save it to your collections.

A pop-up window will allow you to select which collection you'd like to save this resource to. You can select any collection for which you are the owner, or are a collaborator on. You can also create a new one, on the spot!
