As of right now you are able to change the the overview of any article to the following languages:

When you’re in the article tap on Overview > Translated Overview you’ll see two options populate above the text. From there you can select your language and fluency.

To keep the Translated Overview as your default, tap Preferred Summary at the top of the Overview and choose Translated Overview from the dropdown.
