What is the Particle crossword?
There is a new mini crossword puzzle on the Particle app every day, and they are based on recent news stories. The crossword is AI-generated and human-edited. In just a couple of minutes, players can enjoy a game while learning something new from the headlines.
Where can I find the crossword?
To access the crossword puzzle, make sure you have the most updated version of the Particle app. When you open the app, you should see a new puzzle icon at the bottom of the screen. 🧩 When you tap on it, you will be led to today’s puzzle.
What are the lightbulb icons on the puzzles? 💡
If you get stuck, you can get an extra hint by tapping on the lightbulb icon above a clue. Lightbulbs collect automatically over time, and you can see how many you have at the top of the puzzle screen.The total number of hints used during the game will be displayed at the end of your game.
What is the leaderboard?
When you complete a crossword puzzle, you can optionally submit your score to see how you stacked up against other users on the leaderboard. In addition to human scores, you can see how AI bots like GPT, Claude, and Gemini scored when they played the crossword.
