To withdraw your commissions, you need to add your payment details in your partner account and submit a payout request on your Dashboard once your balance reaches the minimum threshold.
Add your payment details
Open Account Settings.
Go to the Payment Details tab.
Click Edit and choose your payment method.
Enter your wallet address and click Save.
PrimeXBT currently supports:
Bitcoin (BTC)
USDT TRC-20 and ERC-20
Bank wire
Important: make sure you enter the correct BTC or TRC-20/ERC-20 address. Payments to an incorrect address may be denied or lost.
Minimum amounts to request a payout
$50 for crypto payments
$1000 for bank wire transfers
How to request a payout
Open the Dashboard.
In the My balance card, click Request payment. The button becomes available once your balance reaches the minimum threshold for your selected method.
Your full available balance is included in the request automatically. For bank wire, attach an invoice (auto-generated or uploaded).
Click Send request.
Your request is created with the status Pending. You can submit a new request once the current one has been approved or declined. If your request is declined, contact your Account Manager. See General information about payouts for details.
Available payout methods and timing
Payouts are made after you submit a payout request, usually within one business day. Requests submitted late on Friday or over the weekend are processed on Monday.

Can I get individual payout terms?
If you are a high-volume partner, payout terms can be arranged individually. Contact your Affiliate Manager to discuss available options.
