Dashboard overview

The PrimeXBT Partners dashboard is where you can find your partner link, track performance (traffic, registrations, activity), and monitor your earned commissions in one place.

Top bar: timeframe filter

Use the date range selector (for example, Month to Date) to control what period is shown across all widgets on the page, then click Update to refresh the data.

Contact Account Manager

Use Contact Account Manager if you need help with payouts, tracking, qualification questions, and others. Your manager’s contacts are available from the Dashboard section.

My balance

Shows your current available balance in the partner account. This balance is what becomes available for payout once you meet the minimum threshold and have valid payment details set.

Promote (your partner link is here)

This block contains your unique tracking link and a Copy Link button. Share this link in your campaigns so registrations, deposits, and trading activity are attributed to you.

Additionally, you can generate a QR code and share it as a PNG or HTML file.

Commissions

Shows the total commissions earned in the selected period. Commissions can come from your direct referred traders and, if applicable, from Sub IBs (partners you referred who generate their own activity).

Important: commissions are calculated once a day on a rolling basis (yesterday’s commissions are calculated today at 04:00 UTC).

Referred Accounts

A quick snapshot of your acquisition results for the selected period, including:

  • Registrations

  • First Time Depositors (FTD)

Transactions

Shows deposit and withdrawal totals generated by your referred users in the selected period, plus net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals).

Performance chart

A trend graph for the selected period. Use the Display dropdown to switch what the chart shows, such as:

  • Commission

  • Sub commissions

  • Direct commissions

  • Impressions

  • Visitors

  • Unique visitors

Metric notes:

  • Impressions: how many times your promo was shown (reach/visibility).

  • Unique visitors: the number of distinct people who visited during the period (each person counted once).

Traded Symbols

A breakdown of trading volume (or count, depending on the selected tab) by instrument, so you can see what your referred clients trade most.

Trading Activity

Shows the number of Closed Positions generated by your referred clients for the selected period.

Recent Activity

A detailed area with tabs to review activity lists, typically including:

  • First Time Depositors

  • Recently Registered

  • Transactions

  • Closed Positions

If you see “No data to display”, try expanding the timeframe or verifying that you have new tracked activity in that period.
