Your Partner status is your tier in the PrimeXBT Partners program. It is based on your recent performance and impacts your revenue share rate. To upgrade your status, you need to increase the results that drive tier eligibility:
30d revenue – revenue generated by your referrals in the last 30 days.
And 30d active users – the number of active referred users in the last 30 days.
Both criteria should meet the required rate for the next Status level.
Where to check your status and progress
Open the Your Status section in your partner account. It shows:
Your current tier and revenue share
Your next review date
The exact requirements to maintain your tier and reach the next one
Your progress toward those requirements
It is recommended to monitor this section regularly.
What you need to upgrade
Partner tiers are performance-based. To move up, focus on increasing:
1. Revenue generated by your referrals
For IB (RevShare), your referred clients generate broker earnings when they trade. These earnings come from commissions and or spread. The more revenue your referrals generate, the stronger your tier performance becomes.
2. Active referred users
Active users are referred clients who trade (at least one trade) within the relevant time window shown in your status section (commonly last 30 days). More active users usually means more consistent revenue and better tier progression.

*Bronze – is a default status, no qualification criteria required.
Examples
1. Upgrading from Silver to Gold
For example, your current status is Silver and you are aiming to reach Gold. The minimum requirements are $500 in Revenue and 50 Active Clients.
Once your Revenue is greater than or equal to $500 and your Active Clients are greater than or equal to 50, your status will be switched from Silver to Gold immediately.
2. Upgrading from Silver to Diamond
For example, your current status is Silver and you are aiming to reach Diamond. The minimum requirements for Diamond are $2,000 in Revenue and 100 Active Clients.
Once your Revenue is greater than or equal to $2,000 and your Active Clients are greater than or equal to 100, your status will be switched from Silver to Diamond immediately.
If, on the way to Diamond, you qualify for Gold first, the Gold status will be assigned first. Your status will then switch to Diamond once you meet the Diamond requirements.
How to progress faster
Bring more qualified clients who are likely to trade consistently
Improve your funnel (correct tracking link, clear call to action, relevant content)
Focus on retention: returning traders typically generate more revenue over time
Use dashboard analytics to identify your best channels and double down on what converts
When the status will be upgraded
Once you qualify for the next Status level, the Status will be upgraded instantly. However, in some cases the upgrade may take up to four hours.
Status change notifications
You will be informed by email when your partner status changes, but it is always recommended to monitor the Your Status section to stay ahead of review dates and progress changes.
