Loyalty program explained

The Loyalty program is designed to reward long term partner performance. PrimeXBT’s success depends on partners, so we share not only revenue from referred trading activity, but also additional perks as your lifetime commissions grow.

What “Lifetime revenue” means

Lifetime revenue is the total revenue you have generated since the Loyalty program launch. It is a cumulative metric and increases as your referred clients continue trading over time.

How the Loyalty program works

  • Each reward is linked to a Lifetime revenue milestone.

  • When you reach a milestone, the reward becomes available to claim.

  • Rewards are available only once you hit the required Lifetime revenue level.

  • The unlocked reward can be claimed at any point of time.

If you prefer not to receive the physical prize, you can choose a money compensation option instead (where available).

How to claim a reward

  1. Open the Loyalty section under Your Status tab.

  2. Find the milestone you have reached.

  3. Click Claim.

After you claim, your Account Manager will contact you to confirm the delivery details and the address in case the reward requires delivery.

How you receive the reward

After your claim is confirmed, your Account Manager coordinates delivery and confirms the required details with you.

If you prefer not to receive the physical prize, you can choose a money compensation option instead (where available).
