You can add or update your payment details in your partner account at any time. This is required before you can request a payout.
Step 1. Open your payment settings
Log in to your PrimeXBT Partners account.
Open Account Settings.
Go to the Payment Details section.
Click Edit.
Step 2. Fill in General Information
Choose your Account Type:
Private (individual)
Company
If applicable, enter your VAT identification number.
Enter your Address (Street, City, Country).
Click Save.
Tip: If you select Company, make sure the company details match your official documents and banking information.
Step 3. Select your payment method
In Payment Method, choose one of the available options:
USDT TRC20
USDT ERC20
Bitcoin
Wire Transfer
Enter the required details:
For crypto: your wallet address (make sure the network matches the selected method)
For wire transfer: your bank details (as requested in the form)
Click Save.
Important: Always double check your wallet address and network (TRC20 vs ERC20). Payments sent to the wrong network or address may be lost.
Step 4. Confirm everything is saved
After saving, your payment method and details should remain visible in the Payment Details section. If you need to make changes, click Edit again.
