Withdrawal processing time depends on when you submit your payout request and on your selected payout method.
Standard processing times
Crypto payouts (BTC, USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20) and bank wire transfers are processed after you submit a payout request, usually within one business day.
Requests submitted late on Friday or over the weekend are processed on Monday.
Note: After processing, delivery time can also depend on the blockchain network for crypto or bank processing time for wire.
What happens after you request a payout
When you click Request payment on your Dashboard, your request is created with the status Pending. While it is pending, you cannot submit a new request. You can submit a new one once the current request has been approved or declined. If your request is declined, contact your Account Manager.
What can affect withdrawal timing
A payout request may take longer if:
Your payment details are missing or incorrect
For bank wire, no invoice was attached to the request
Additional compliance checks are required based on account status
Can withdrawals be processed faster?
Payouts are usually processed within one business day. For high volume partners, individual payout terms can also be arranged. Contact your Account Manager to discuss available options.
