Withdrawal processing time depends on your selected payout method and the payout schedule in your partner account.
Standard processing times
Crypto payouts (BTC, USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20) are processed weekly, every Tuesday.
Bank wire transfers are processed on a Net30 basis – end of the respective 30 day period.
Note: After processing, delivery time can also depend on the blockchain network for crypto or bank processing time for wire.
What can affect withdrawal timing
A payout request may take longer if:
Your payment details are missing or incorrect
Your balance is below the minimum threshold for the selected method
Additional compliance checks are required based on account status
Can withdrawals be processed faster?
Yes. For high volume partners, payout terms can be arranged individually, including more frequent payouts. Contact your Account Manager to discuss available options.
