How to use the Guest List tool to add attendees, send email invitations, and manage RSVPs

Use the Guest List and Invitations tool to add attendees, send invitations, and keep track of who’s coming to your event. You can invite people individually or all at once, and manage RSVPs right from your planning workspace.

Managing Your Guest List

Use the Guest List tool to add attendees, send email invitations, and keep track of who’s coming. You can manage everything in one place—from entering emails to reviewing RSVP responses.

Let’s walk through how to invite guests and build your list.

Start by navigate to the Guests tab of your Event Overview Dashboard to view and manage your guest list.

Select Add Guests to begin adding people to your event.

In the Invite Guests modal, choose Email Guests to invite attendees by entering their email addresses directly.

Type in the guest's email address under Invite Guests.

Click Add to add each email address to your guest list. Then click Continue.

Inviting Your Guests

After adding people to your guest list, you can customize and send invitations directly from the Invite Guests panel. Personalize the message, choose an image, and review the event details before sending.

Open the Invite Guests panel. Here, you can add a custom image and message to personalize your invitation.

Once you've personalized your invite, double-check the date, time, and location listed at the bottom of the panel. This information is pulling from your Event Details on the Event Overview Dashboard. If anything is incorrect, make sure to update before sending the invites.

When you're ready, click Send Invites to deliver your email invitations.

Guests will receive an invitation to their email and will be prompted to RSVP.

Managing RSVPs

Once your invitations are sent, you can easily track and manage guest responses directly from the Guest List panel.

Each guest entry shows whether they’ve accepted, declined, or haven’t responded yet. This gives you a quick snapshot of your current headcount.

Click the pencil icon next to any guest to update their information or manually change their RSVP status.

Within the Edit Invite panel, you can also note any additional guests or special considerations for that attendee.

To remove someone from the list, click the trash icon next to their name and select Remove when prompted.
