There are two ways to reset a password in Passport365:

  • Resetting a staff member’s password from the Control Panel (Admin users)

  • Resetting your own password from the login page

Resetting a Staff Member’s Password (Admin)

If a staff member cannot log in, an Admin or Office Manager can reset their password.

Steps

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Control Panel.

  2. Click Staff members.

  3. Find and open the staff member whose password needs resetting.

  4. Scroll down to the Password section.

You will see the fields:

  • New Password

  • Re-enter Password

  1. Enter a new password in both fields.

  2. Click Update / Save to apply the change.

The password will be updated immediately and the user can log in using the new password.

Tip: You can also use the Reset Password button next to the email field if available, which will allow the user to set their own password.

Resetting Your Password from the Login Page

If you cannot log in to Passport365, you can reset your password from the login screen.

Steps

  1. Go to the Passport365 Nexus login page.

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Click Send email.

You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Note: If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
