In the group's edit screen:

or data capture's edit screen,

toggle on the Sync with an external app ? button.

The button will turn purple (see below).

SELECT WHEN TO ADD CONTACTS

Even though this is after SELECT EXTERNAL APP, it is a simpler walkthrough. So, we will do this first.

Click on the downward arrow (blue box above). A dropdown box will open. Note, however, that you only have one choice. Send ASAP (1-3 minutes) is now obsolete.

SELECT EXTERNAL APP

Step 1: Click on the downward arrow (green box above - 2nd image from the top). A dropdown menu will open up. Click on the relevant external app.

Depending on which app you choose, you will have further information to give.

CCB

Option 1: Select a CCB Campus only.

Click on the downward arrow (blue box above). A dropdown list will open. Choose your CCB Group from the list. DO NOT toggle on the Also add to a Process Queue? button (button stays grey).

Option 2: Select a Process Queue (PQ) only.

Click on the downward arrow (blue box above). A dropdown list will open. Click on Add to PQ only (green box below).

Notice that this choice is now the "CCB Group" below.

Toggle on the Also add to a Process Queue? button (green box above). The Checking API Credentials screen will open. DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING.

If all goes well, this screen will disappear by itself, leaving the Process Queue button toggled on (button is purple in screenshot below) AND guiding you to select your process queue by clicking on the downward arrow (green box below) and choosing from the dropdown list.

Option 3: Select a CCB Group AND a Process Queue (PQ).

Complete the steps in Option 1. HOWEVER, toggle on the Also add to a Process Queue? button. As in Option 2 above, the Checking API Credentials screen will open. DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING.

If all goes well, this screen will disappear by itself, leaving the Process Queue button toggled on (button is purple in screenshot below) AND guiding you to select your process queue by clicking on the downward arrow (green box in the screenshot directly above) and choosing from the dropdown list.

PCO: Select a PCO list.

You can also link to a workflow. If you wish to do this, toggle on the button (blue box above). The button will turn purple (see screenshot below). Note that below the purple button, you have more steps to complete.

Elvanto: Select an Elvanto List.

MailChimp: Select a list.

Breeze: Select Breeze Tag/Event.
