How to refund a client

Refunding a client in Stripe

Firstly, login to your Stripe dashboard, using this link. Then from the left-hand menu, click on "Transactions".

Next, click on "Succeeded". You should see all of your transactions which happened on your app.

If you don't see any transactions (even though someone purchased an item in your app), it might be because you're logged into a different stripe account.

To verify this, check if your account name at the top left of your screen. If it says "Patient App" it means it's the correct account. If it doesn't say "Patient App", you might be logged into a different Stripe account. If so, you can click that your account name. This will reveal a drop-down that lists all of your accounts so you can select the correct one linked to Patient App.

Find the transaction and hover your mouse over it to refund from the right side.
