What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If something comes up, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance with no fees and no hassle.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a fee, which will be charged to the card on file: $50 for virtual or in-office appointments and $65 for in-home visits.

If you're unsure or need help rescheduling, our care coordinators are available to assist 7 days a week.
