How to log on for your Telehealth Appointment

🖥️ How to Join Your Virtual Telehealth Appointment

1. Log in to your Mahmee portal at your scheduled appointment time.

  • On your Dashboard, under the “Today” tab, you’ll see your appointment listed.

2. Wait for your provider to join the Zoom call.

  • You’ll see a button in the bottom-right corner of the appointment card.

  • At first, it will say “View”.

  • When your provider starts the call, it will change to “Join”.

3. Click “Join” to enter the visit.

  • After clicking Join, you’ll see the Zoom link.

  • Click the link or select the “Join Video Call” button to launch the visit.

  • ✅ Use Google Chrome for the best experience.

  • ✅ Make sure you have a strong internet connection.

  • ✅ Enable your camera, microphone, and screen sharing (if prompted).
