To integrate Nookal with PatientNotes, follow these steps:
In Nookal, navigate to "Setup" and select "Integrations" under "Connections".
Enable the PatientNotes Integration and click "Configure".
Copy the API Key from the configuration page for later use.
Log in to your PatientNotes account and go to "Organization".
Choose "Configure" on the Nookal Tile.
Paste the copied API Key from Nookal and submit.
Once done, PatientNotes will sync clinical notes to Nookal. For removing the integration, you can modify the settings in the Organization section of PatientNotes and delete the integration.
Additionally, the PatientNotes mobile app now supports viewing booked clients and utilizing the Nookal integration directly within the app. For users managing multiple clinics, note that a single PatientNotes account can only link to one Nookal account.
