All orders placed with us are non-refundable.

This includes all deposits and payments made towards your order.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can address any issues. We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their experience with us.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may issue you a digital gift card that can be used towards future orders. This gift card will be sent to you via email and can be used on our website or in-store. Please note that the gift card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

To be eligible for a digital gift card,

you must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for photographic evidence or other proof of the issue in order to issue the gift card.
