What is the process to get started? What happens after sign up?

We describe how to get started with Paua

Customers can sign up tp Paua with this simple web form (30 seconds). Have your company number handy when you sign up.

Following this we will contact you to request details of how many cards you want and to arrange payment methods.

Following confirmation that a valid payment method has been provided a new fleet managers dashboard will be set up for you. All your RFID cards will have been allocated to your account.

Within the fleet dashboard your first task is to provide drivers access to the app. Do this by adding their email address to the "People" section and each driver will be provided with a temporary email address for their first login. Click "Add User +" to do this.

Your second task is to asing your RFID cards to each of the drivers. Do this by clicking "Cards", click the pencil item to edit and attach each card to a driver.

If you wish you can optionally add the fleet vehicles to your account. This last step is optional.

Your drivers are now set up to charge and you will see charge sessions appear in your dashboard.

At the end of the month you will be provided with an invoice for all your charging costs.
