Approved Content for Accounts and Sponsorships

We will strive to ensure that all ads meet the following criteria:

  3. Ads must not contain misleading, deceptive, or false information.

  4. Ads must not contain any inappropriate content, including profanity, explicit images, or violent themes.

  5. Ads must not contain malware, spyware, or malicious software.

  6. Ads must not contain any deceptive or fraudulent elements.

  7. Ads must be properly targeted to their intended audience.

  8. Ads must not contain any content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to reject any ad that fails to meet our standards while we monitor the quality of our ads and take prompt action to address any issues that may arise. We will strive to ensure that our customers have a safe, enjoyable, and productive digital advertising experience.

Prohibited Content for Accounts and Sponsorships

The following types of content are prohibited on the Paved platform:

  • Illegal drugs

  • Cannabis and CBD

  • Some dietary, health, or herbal supplements

  • Content about lawsuits, class action recruiting, etc.

  • Political campaigns

  • Misleading information or false advertising

  • Adult content

  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

  • Gambling or betting services

  • Unauthorized copies of copyright-protected material

  • Any other content that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Any content that we deem not to be suitable for our publishers
