Troubleshooting FAQs for Reports
If your sponsorship results seem incorrect, here are some FAQs to help you resolve the issue.
Why don't I have any report data yet?
We send a performance report 48 hours after a campaign runs so you can see the same performance figures as the advertiser.
If your campaign is something other than a dedicated email blast, like a sponsored ad in your daily newsletter for a full week - don't worry! We and the advertiser understand that more clicks and opens will be coming in after that initial 48-hour mark.
Why doesn't my Paved data match my ESP and Google Analytics tracking numbers?
Due to the differences in Paved and ESP tracking, it's normal for campaign performance figures to vary slightly. For example, most ESPs like Mailchimp do not filter out bot clicks; while Paved does.

Why did my sponsorship have low performance?
This is typically an indicator that it's time to freshen up your subscriber list or reassess the audience fit for the sponsorship. For more troubleshooting tips, check out our guide: Low Performance
