How do I add and manage images, YouTube links, and 360 videos for inventory items?

Add and manage images, YouTube links, and 360-view media from the Gallery section of an inventory item record.

Use the Gallery section on an inventory item record to add product images, YouTube links, 360-view links, and other supported media.

Gallery media helps provide a visual reference for inventory items and may support product display across sales or online channels.

Add images to an inventory item

  1. Open the inventory item record.

  2. Scroll to the Gallery section.

  3. Click Add Image.

  4. In the Library window, select Upload Images.

  5. Click Upload Files, or drag and drop image files into the upload area.

  6. Select the image files you want to upload. You can select up to 10 image files at once.

  7. Once the image files are uploaded, they will be displayed as thumbnails in the uploaded images list.

  8. To add images to your item, click on the Add button.

Choose images from the library

  1. Open the inventory item record.

  2. Scroll to the Gallery section.

  3. Click Add Image.

  4. Select the Choose from Library tab.

  5. 5. Use the available filters to find the image. You can filter or search by:

    1. Category

    2. Item ID

    3. SKU

    4. Title

    5. Upload date

    6. Other search terms

  6. Here, you can find images related to the chosen category.

Add YouTube or a 360 View Link

  1. To add a YouTube or 360 View link, click on the arrow and the Add Media URL button in the Gallery section.

  2. Paste the YouTube/Vision360 or another link into the provided field and click Save to add your link to the inventory item.

ℹ️ Note: You can select as many images as you want from the library to add to your item.
