Use the Certificate section on an inventory item record to add certificate information for diamonds or gemstones.
A certificate can help store reliable item details, such as stone quality, characteristics, and documentation information.
ℹ️ Pavilion limits you to adding one main certificate to an item by default. This certificate is used to fetch attribute data and simplify website synchronization. However, you can add as many stones with individual certificates as necessary under the Components tab.
Add a GIA or IGI certificate
Open the inventory item record.
In the Certificate section, select the certificate issuer. For example, select GIA or IGI.
Enter the certificate number in the Certificate Number field.
Wait a few seconds while Pavilion checks the certificate number for validity.
If the certificate is valid, a green checkmark will appear.
Click Populate to fill available item attributes, image, and title details from the certificate.
