With AI-powered capabilities, Pavilion can automatically generate descriptive text for your inventory items, saving you time and effort in creating detailed descriptions. This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to generate AI descriptions for inventory items in Pavilion.
1. After logging in, navigate to the Inventory tab using the app navigation. Locate the specific item you want to generate an AI description for by clicking on the Item ID within the Inventory list view.
2. Within your Inventory Item, look for the Generate Description (AI) in the General section. This feature leverages AI technology to automatically generate a description for the item. Click on it.
3. To provide a more accurate description, you can add features and keywords related to your product. Simply add your Features & Keywords.
4. The creation process of your description can be based on various factors such as attributes, category, current description, and title. Please select your preferred options to proceed with generating the description.
5. If desired, you can edit or customize the AI-generated description to further tailor it to your Tone Style or Number of Sentences.
6. In addition to generating the description, you also have the option to generate the title along with the description. To enable this, simply activate the Generate Title toggle.
7. Once you initiate the AI description creation process, the system will quickly generate a descriptive text for the inventory item. Review the generated description to ensure it accurately represents the item’s key features, attributes, and any other relevant information.
8. After reviewing and potentially customizing the AI-generated description, click on the Save button to add the description for the inventory item.
9. Click on the Save button to save the Description and Title for the inventory item.
