Understanding the Pawy Subscription
When you place your first order of fresh food for your loyal companion, we first send you a 14-day trial box so you can test whether our recipes suit your pet.
If everything goes as expected, we begin preparing your next delivery a few days before the end of your trial box. At that point, an invoice will be issued, and you will receive an order confirmation by email. You can cancel at any time before this through your Pawy customer account, and up to 3 days before any delivery. We remain 100% flexible to meet your needs.
Your subscription is non-binding.
You can adapt the content of your orders, move your deliveries according to your needs, pause or cancel at any time.

Veterinary support to answer all questions concerning his diet (vet@pawy.ch)
