Understanding the Pawy Subscription
When you place the first order of fresh food for your most awesome pet friend, we first send you a 14-day trial package so that you can test whether our recipes are suitable for your pet.
If everything goes as you wish, then we start preparing your next delivery a few days before the end of your trial box. For this, an automatic payment will be debited from your card. You can cancel at any time before this payment, from your Pawy customer area.
Your subscription is totally flexible and non-binding
You can adapt the content of your orders, move your deliveries according to your needs, pause or cancel at any time.
