If you are a Pawy customer
From your Pawy account here: www.pawy.ch/members, on the My Plan page, you can "Reactivate" and "Suspend" at any time
When "Reactivate" an order is sent to us immediately and an invoice will be issued
Once the order confirmation is received by email, you can click "Suspend"
Your subscription will be suspended, you will no longer receive regular deliveries and payments will stop (note that any order previously confirmed by email will be delivered unless you make a specific request to us).
For a subsequent single order, you just need to repeat this process as often as you like 🤩👌
If You Are Not a Pawy Customer
It is entirely possible to order a trial box without subscribing to Pawy. Here are the steps to follow to purchase a box without a subscription:
Order the trial box on our website
After ordering, go to your customer area at www.pawy.ch/members
Go to the "My Plan" section
Click on "Suspend" to stop the automatic subscription.
By following these steps, you will receive your trial box without worrying about a subscription and you will have time to decide whether you want to continue with Pawy or not.
If you wish to make single orders afterward, you can "Reactivate" and then "Suspend" your subscription each time you want to place an order. This allows you to receive a box only when you decide, with no commitment to regular deliveries.
You can repeat this process for single orders as often as you like 🤩👌
