Yes, one-time orders are possible ✅
If you are a Pawy customer
On the My Plan page of your account (www.pawy.ch/members), use "Reactivate" and "Suspend" to place a single order:
Click "Reactivate". Your order is registered for your next chosen delivery date. Because meals are freshly prepared on an order basis, the order confirmation email is sent 5 days before delivery (or right away if your delivery date is within the next 5 days).
Once you receive the confirmation email, go back to your account and click "Suspend". Your subscription stops, deliveries stop, payments stop.
Repeat any time you want a new single order 🤩👌
Good to know: you can suspend at any time. Only orders already confirmed by email will be delivered. Suspend before the confirmation and the order is cancelled. Suspend after, and the confirmed order still ships (unless you ask us to cancel it).
If you're not a Pawy customer yet
Order the trial box on our website
Go to the My Plan section of your account (www.pawy.ch/members) and click "Suspend" to stop the automatic subscription
