How do I temporarily suspend or cancel my Pawy subscription?

Stop / Suspend / Cancel my subscription

Attention: If your next delivery is scheduled to be delivered in less than 3 days, it can no longer be modified. However, you can still suspend or cancel subsequent deliveries.

You can pause or cancel your subscription and any future order by following these steps:

  1. Login to your Pawy account www.pawy.ch/membres

  2. Click on the tab > My Plan

  3. You can suspend or cancel your subscription by clicking on > Suspend located on your pet's profile

  4. Complete the questionnaire and click > Continue

Your subscription will be suspended immediately. You can reactivate it at any time by clicking > Reactivate located in the top right corner of your pet's profile of your "My Plan" tab.

Please note that reactivating your subscription will send us a momentaneous request for a new delivery order which we will start preparing.

By reactivating, you will again have subscribed to a plan with regular deliveries.
