If you still have a lot of Pawy food left and want to reschedule your delivery, we can do that for you.
Login to your Pawy account > www.pawy.ch/membres
Click on the tab > My Plan
Click on > Suspend located on your pet's profile
Complete the questionnaire and click > Continue
Your subscription will be suspended and you can reactivate it at any time by clicking on > Reactivate located on your pet's file.
Reactivating your subscription will instantly send us an order for a new order. Payment for this order will be processed and we will begin preparing your new delivery.
By reactivating, you will again have subscribed to a subscription with regular deliveries.
