How do I postpone a delivery?

Attention: If your next delivery is scheduled within the next 72 hours, it can no longer be modified. However, you can still make changes for your future deliveries.


If you still have Pawy food at home and would like to postpone your delivery, you can easily do so by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Pawy account > www.pawy.ch/members

  2. Click on the calendar icon on the > Overview page

  3. Choose the date that works best for you
