Changing the date of a delivery

Please note: If your next delivery is scheduled within the next 3 days (72 hours), it can no longer be modified. However, you can still make changes for your future deliveries.


You can easily change the date of an upcoming delivery by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Pawy account > www.pawy.ch/members

  2. Click on the calendar icon on the > Overview page

  3. Choose the date that works best for you
