If your subscription has been "Suspended", then you can reactivate it easily at any time by following these steps:
Log in to your Pawy customer account on www.pawy.ch
Go to the "My Plan" tab
On your pet's profile card, click on the "Resume" button
Please note that by reactivating your subscription, a new order will be placed and we will get to work to deliver it to you quickly.
By reactivating, you will have subscribed once again to receive regular deliveries.
