Attention: If your next delivery has already been confirmed by email and is scheduled to be delivered to you in less than 72 hours, then it can no longer be changed. However, you can change the Pawy plan for subsequent deliveries.
If you want to change your pet's Pawy plan, you can do it at any time by following these steps:
Log in to your Pawy account https//en.pawy.ch/membres
Go to the tab > My Plan
Click on the orange text > Change on your pet's profile
Follow the on-screen instructions
Once saved, it will probably be necessary to refresh the web page for the new plan to display.
