To optimize the cost of your Pawy meals, the default setting for your meal plan is configured to the longest delivery interval compatible with a standard home freezer.
This ensures you receive a larger quantity of meals less frequently, lowers the daily price of a meal and also simplifies the management of deliveries.
However, we recognize the importance of flexibility in catering to your specific needs. Therefore, each meal plan includes the option to adjust the delivery frequency, with intervals ranging from 1 to 8 weeks, based on the plan you choose.
To modify the delivery frequency of your meals, please follow these steps:
Login to your Pawy account
Navigate to My Plan
Click “Modify” located at the top right of your pet’s profile
Here you’ll have the opportunity to “Modify” the delivery frequency of your meal plan adapted to your needs (7 days of meals in the fridge, the rest in the freezer)
Click the “Confirm” button to validate
