Choosing the hand delivery option allows the driver to personally hand you the delivery box. This service typically involves the driver contacting you upon arrival to ensure you're available to receive your meals directly and signing to confirm receipt.
To opt for hand delivery by the driver, please follow these steps:
Login to your Pawy account
On you Overview page click “Delivery Option”
Select “Hand Delivery” and confirm your selection.
Please be aware that selecting this option requires your availability at the time of delivery. If you are not available to receive the meals, the delivery will be rescheduled for the following day.
