SMS notifications by default:
On the evening before your delivery day, you will receive a Track & Trace SMS (by default) linked to your registered phone number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your meals en route to you.
Switch Track & Trace to email notifications:
You can easily switch to receive notifications directly on your email by following these steps:
Login to your Pawy account
On you Overview page click “Delivery Option”
Select “Email” for Track & Trace and confirm your selection.
The next time we ship your order, you will get your Track & Trace notification via email.
