1. Check your phone number
Log in to your Pawy account and verify that the phone number on file is correct. An incorrect number is the most common reason for missing SMS notifications.
2. Switch to email notifications
If your number is correct but you're still not receiving SMS, you can switch to email notifications:
Log in to your Pawy account
On your Overview page, click Delivery Option
Select Email for Track & Trace and confirm
Your next delivery notification will be sent by email.
