Why We Built the Website Builder & Penny

Every community deserves a professional, easy-to-update website — without the cost or complexity of hiring a designer. But for many associations, building and maintaining a website has meant patching together outdated tools or relying on someone with technical expertise to make even simple updates.

That’s why we built the PayHOA Website Builder: a free, built-in tool that helps your association create a beautiful, customizable website in just minutes. From amenities and quick access links to contact forms and community branding, your site can showcase everything that makes your HOA unique — all hosted and managed directly inside PayHOA.

And with Penny, your optional AI assistant, homeowners can instantly get answers to questions about your community 24/7.

How It Works

Simple Website Setup

You can launch your community’s website directly from your PayHOA account. Add your name, logo, and community details to personalize your site and make it easy for residents to find important information.

Customizable Sections

Your site includes pre-built sections for amenities, quick access links, and contact information — all designed to keep residents informed and connected. Each section can be shown or hidden as needed, giving your board control over what’s visible to homeowners.

Built-In AI Chatbot — “Ask Penny”

Turn on Penny, your HOA’s AI chatbot, to handle questions from residents around the clock. Simply upload documents (like your bylaws, pool rules, or ARC guidelines) and Penny will use them to provide fast, accurate answers based on your community’s own policies.

Conversation Management

All homeowner chats with Penny are logged in your PayHOA AI Inbox, so you can see exactly what questions were asked and how Penny responded. If any message needs a personal follow-up, you can reply directly from PayHOA.

Support for Custom Domains

Would you like to use your own web address? The Website Builder supports custom domains, giving your HOA a polished, professional web presence that’s easy to share with your residents.

Edit Anytime — Directly in PayHOA

Need to make changes? You can update your website’s content, images, and sections whenever your community information changes — all managed directly inside your PayHOA account.
