How Agreements Work for Homeowners
When a homeowner goes to book an amenity that has an agreement attached, they'll select their booking time and continue to the checkout page. On this page, they can see all of their booking details along with any agreements they must accept before completing the booking.
If a document has been attached β such as a liability waiver β the homeowner can view it directly or download it for their records.
The homeowner will not be able to confirm and book the amenity until they've agreed to all applicable terms, including any cancellation policies.
Setting Up an Agreement
To configure an agreement, click into the amenity and go to Edit Details. Scroll down to the Agreement section and toggle the setting to require an agreement before booking.
From here, you can enter any text you'd like and attach any documents you'd like to be available to homeowners. Once everything is set, click Review and then Save and Apply.
