Share Amenity Booking Page via Email

Learn how to send your homeowners an email with a direct link to an amenity's booking page

Sending the Email

Navigate to the amenity's detail page and click Share Booking. This will take you through an email workflow.

Start by selecting which units and owners you'd like to send the email to. You can search for a specific unit, filter by unit tags, or manually select units.

Composing the Message

The email comes prefilled with a reply-to address, subject line, and message body, but all of this can be edited to your preference.

You can insert dynamic fields into the email, such as the homeowner's first name, the amenity name, and a booking link that takes homeowners directly to the booking page from their email. Attachments can also be added.

Scheduling and Drafts

The email can be sent immediately or scheduled for a later date. If you're not ready to send, you can save it as a draft and come back to finish it later.

Review and Send

Once everything looks good, continue to Review to confirm all of your details, then go ahead and send.
