How to Archive or Delete Amenities

To archive an amenity, go to the amenity's details page and click Archive. You'll be given a confirmation screen before the action is completed.

To view archived amenities, click the Archive button at the top of the Amenity Scheduling page. This page shows all archived amenities, the date they were archived, and who archived them. From here, you can restore an amenity or delete it permanently.

When deleting an amenity permanently, all data associated with the amenity is removed, including any past bookings. This action cannot be undone, so make sure this is what you want before completing it.

For draft amenities, the available option is to delete the draft rather than archive it. Deleting a draft amenity is also permanent and cannot be undone.
