How to Book an Amenity

To view available amenities, go to Amenities in your left navigation. From this page, you can see all amenities available for reservation. Click into any amenity to view its details, including available times for booking.

Select a time period for your booking. If the amenity is a grouped amenity (such as multiple courts or grill areas), you'll be able to see which specific spaces are available for your selected time.

Some amenities allow variable booking durations with a minimum and maximum length. If you'd like to extend your reservation within the allowed range, simply select additional time slots.

Once you've made your selections, click Continue to move to the checkout page.

On the checkout page, confirm your contact information, including your email, name, and phone number. If the booking has a fee, you'll need to select or add a payment method to complete your reservation.

Be sure to carefully review any cancellation policies or other agreements associated with the amenity. You will not be able to complete your booking until all applicable terms and conditions have been accepted.

Once everything is reviewed, click Confirm and Book.

Some amenities require administrator approval before a booking can be confirmed. You can see which amenities require approval on the amenities page.

When you request a time slot for an amenity that requires approval, that time slot will be held for you until a decision is made. Once the administrator approves or denies your request, you'll receive an email with the decision.

Any bookings you've made can be viewed under My Bookings. You can filter by upcoming bookings or those still pending a decision. If a booking is denied, you can click into the details to see the reason why.
