Rescheduling a Booking
Navigate to Amenities > My Bookings to view your upcoming bookings. Click into the booking you'd like to reschedule and select Reschedule. From here, select a new time slot and click Reschedule Booking to confirm. Your booking will be updated with the new time.
Canceling a Booking
From Amenities > My Bookings, click into the booking you'd like to cancel and select Cancel Booking. You'll be shown a confirmation screen that lets you know whether a cancellation fee will apply. If you'd like to provide a reason for the cancellation, you can enter that before confirming.
You can see which amenities have a cancellation fee associated with them from the amenities page.
Cancellation Fees
If a cancellation fee applies, an invoice will appear on your unit after the booking is canceled. The invoice specifies which booking the fee is for and can be paid through PayHOA as normal.
Viewing Canceled Bookings
After canceling a booking, you can still view its details under Amenities > My Bookings > All Reservations.
