Your bookkeeper will need access to your bank statements to complete your monthly reports. PayHOA's bookkeeping module allows you to upload statements directly to your bookkeeper from within the app.
Navigating to the Bookkeeping Module
To get started, go to Other Tools and then select Bookkeeping. Once you're in the module, you'll see a list of your bank accounts along with an Upload button.
Uploading a Bank Statement
Click Upload next to the appropriate bank account. Select the time period you're uploading the statement for, then click Upload File to choose the correct file from your device. Once you've selected the file, click Upload Statement and it will be sent directly to your bookkeeper.
Alliance Association Bank Accounts
This step is not necessary for Alliance Association Bank accounts, as bookkeepers have direct access to those statements. This is another great benefit of the AAB integration.
