How to Manage Your Spend Card

This article explains how to manage your PayHOA spend card from your homeowner portal, including viewing card details, freezing your card, reviewing transactions, and checking your spend limits.

Opening Your Spend Card

  1. If your HOA has issued you a spend card, you will see the Spend Cards module in your left navigation. Go there.

  2. If you have been issued more than one spend card, use the selector at the top of the page to switch between them.

Managing Your Spend Card

From your spend card, you have several options:

  • View your card details, and copy the card number if needed.

  • Download your card details as a PDF.

  • Temporarily freeze your card, or permanently report it lost or stolen.

  • View your recent transactions and submit a transaction dispute.

  • At the bottom of the page, view the spend limits set up for your card and how much you have spent toward those limits.
