How to Add a Mailing Address That is Different than the Unit Address.

Note: Mailing addresses are stored on the owner record, not on the unit. The unit address always remains the physical address of the unit.

Step 1: Go to the "People" tab in the left navigation.

Step 2: Click the three dots in the "actions" column next to the person you want to add a mailing address for.

Step 3: Select "Edit" from the drop-down.

Step 4: Scroll down to "mailing address" to input the information.
