How to Submit a Request

Submit requests for review and approval.

Note: Requests are completely optional for an association. If you see no request options for your association then your association likely doesn't allow for them through the PayHOA system.

Step 1: Click the "Requests" tab on the left hand side.

Step 2: Click the "XXX Request" box of the request type you are submitting.

Step 3: Click the blue "+ New Request."

Step 4: Fill in the data for the request. Including title, description, add any images or attachments that would be useful for the association to see, and any other data requested.

Step 5: Click the blue "Submit" button to submit the request. Once created, you can view the request, add additional comments, upload additional images or attachments.
