How to Link An Existing Deposit Account to Pull Transactions into PayHOA

Link your bank account to automatically pull in transaction data from your bank.

Step 1: Navigate to "Organization Settings > Bank Accounts" (gear icon) at the top right corner of any page.

Step 2: Select the "Bank Accounts" Tab.

Step 3: Click the three dots next to the bank account you want to link and select "Link Bank Account" or "Add Deposit Account."

Removing an Incorrectly Linked Bank Account

To remove an incorrectly linked bank account in PayHOA:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Organization Settings > Bank Accounts.

  2. Locate the account you wish to remove.

  3. Click on the three dots next to the account under the "Actions" column.

  4. Select "Remove" from the options to disconnect the account.

If you later wish to reconnect the same or a different account, follow the instructions for linking a new bank account.

Step 4: Enter the required account details, such as your online banking credentials, to complete the linking process.
