Step 1: Select "Broadcast" on the left side of the screen. 

Step 2: Click "New Text Message".

Step 3: You can send text messages to units OR owners. If you would like to send a text message to units, click on the "Select Units" heading at the top. To send a text message to all units, click on the box next to the word Title (under the search engine.) If you want to select individual units to text, scroll through list and select the box next to each individual unit. 

If you would like to send a text message to an owner, click on the "Select Owners" heading at the top. To send a text message to all owners, click on the box next to the word OWNERS (under the search engine.) If you want to select individual owners to text, scroll through the list and select the box next to each individual name. 

Step 4: Compose the text message in the text box at the bottom of the screen. Include all information you would like to go in the text message. When ready to send, click on the blue "Send Message" button.
