How To Mail a Custom PDF

Upload a Custom PDF and mail it to your units or owners.

Step 1: Select "Mail Room" on the left side of the screen. 

Step 2: On the right hand side, select "New Paper Mail" & click "Custom PDF" from the pop-up box.

Step 3: Select what document you would like to mail. You can drag and drop the PDF file into the box or select "browse" and pick a file from your computer.

Step 4: Pricing/mailing options are located below the upload section. When ready to make mailing selections, choose your preference in each box.

  1. Choose to mail Standard or First Class Shipping by clicking circle next to choice.

  2. Choose to mail PDF in Black & White or Color by clicking circle next to choice.

  3. If you would like letters to send via Certified Mail, click the Certified Mail circle. It will turn blue to show that you have selected Certified Mail. If you don't want to send via Certified Mail scroll past this section.

  4. If you would like letters to send via Registered Mail, click the Registered Mail circle. It will turn blue to show that you have selected Registered Mail. If you don't want to send via Registered Mail scroll past this section.

  5. If you would like Two-Sided Printing (text on front and back of letter), click the Two-Sided Printing circle. It will turn blue to show that you have selected Two-Sided Printing.

Step 5: Once you have made your mailing selections, click the blue Next button.

Step 6: Next, decide who you would like to send letters to. If you want to send letter to individual units, click the box next to the unit name. If you would like to send to all units, click the box next to the word Title at the top to highlight all units. 

After units have been selected, click the blue "Next" button. 

Step 7: Review your selections and click the blue Send Mail button to submit the mailing.
